6.    Your file will be electronically stored on the secured computer systems. Your file may also be subject to the privacy policy of clients and/or business partners in connection to the products and services.

7.    The access to your file is restricted to personnel on a need to know basis. Our personnel is required to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information and privacy. 

8.    You have access to your personal information upon request and you may challenge the accuracy of the information and such information will be amended as appropriate.

9.    We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we material changes are made to this policy, you will be notified.
